Scrambled Egg with Salmon and Avocado

Smoked salmon is a great source of protein and contains B Complex vitamins, vitamin D, magnesium and selenium as well as containing heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. Avocado is jam packed with beneficial monounsaturated fats, lots of vitamin E , potassium, folate, B-Complex vitamins and vitamin C. Great for blood pressure.
