BlackBerry Bounty Bliss Bars

BlackBerry Bounty Bliss Bars

All it takes to make these blackberry coconut bars is six simple ingredients and ten minutes prep to have super tasty, refined sugarfree, vegan and gluten free bliss bars.

One of the questions I get asked the most about the Make Me Sugar Free 21 Day Sugar Detox Program is if people can eat sugar ever again.

The answer is yes, yes you can. However the major difference is following the program you just don’t crave sugar anymore. You reset your palate and your metabolism. The program is designed to break the sugar addiction cycle, enabling you to make your own healthy food choices instead of being controlled by sugar cravings.

Another great advantage of doing the program is how sweet everything tastes after doing it.  You no longer need heaps of sugar to get the ‘sweet’ taste.  When you reintroduce fruit it tastes SO sweet.  If you do eat a processed sugary snack, the taste is so amplified and overpowering, it can be sickly sweet.

If you’re interested in starting the program, they run every two weeks and all the details are on the program page.

These bars satiate a sweet craving perfectly & they have the added benefits of antioxidants too.
